Book an event

Book Gimmes for your next birthday, Christmas party, team building exercise, or sports windup.

If you wish to reserve the entire space or one of our two rooms, a $250 event fee is required upfront to secure the booking. This fee is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation with less than 14 days notice. This fee does not apply towards the total cost of the booking.

We require that all bays booked are covered for the hours the space was reserved (min 2 hours)

In the event that fewer guests attend than expected, the full booking fee remains payable, as the space and time have been exclusively reserved for your group.

When booking an event, if you with to order from our partnering restaurant Pots Bar and Grill, we can take orders in advance and have a selected time set for food arrival.

Outside catering may be arranged independently by guests.

If the group wants to play a specific course, gameplay style or tournament that can be arranged prior to arrival.
