Book an event

Book Gimmes for your next birthday, Christmas party, team building exercise, or sports windup.

If you wish to reserve the entire space for a private event, a $250 event fee is required upfront to secure the booking. This fee is non-refundable in the case of cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice and does not apply toward the total cost of the event.

We require that all simulators are covered for the hours the space is being booked.
(Minimum 2 hours/$500 + 250 Event Fee)

In the event that fewer guests attend than expected, the full booking fee remains payable, as the space and time have been exclusively reserved for your group.

When booking an event, two staff members will be on duty to assist you with your needs. if you wish to order from one of our partnering restaurants, we can take orders in advance and have a selected time set for food arrival. 

Outside catering may be arranged independently by guests.

If the group want a specific drink that we do not carry, we can order what is needed to accommodate the guests.

If the group wants to play a specific course, gameplay style, tournament, that can be arranged and organized prior to arrival.

If the group wants to play specific games, or other activities we will accommodate those requests the best we can.
